Shipping Costs:
• If the reason is our mistake or the product is defective .. we bear the shipping costs
• However, if the reason is a change of mind or size.. the customer bears the shipping costs both ways
Return Policies
Allowed duration for exchange or return
• Within 3 days of receiving the order
• After 3 days.. unfortunately we cannot accept any exchange or return requests
Conditions for accepting exchanges and returns:
1. The item must not have been worn
2. It must be in its original condition at the time of receipt
3. It must be returned in the original box and packaging
4. Exclusions from exchange or return:
a. Items that show signs of use or damage
b. Customized items
